Hiring process is a standard written test followed by Interview. Written test covered all the basics and interview panel consisted of 3 people, 2 people from technical background and one from HR. It went on for 30-40 minutes. Very friendly environment. More casual than formal interview. After that, two rounds of Director interviews. It was more of interaction than interview
