Two - round interview. Local manager was nice, higher manager even nicer. The position was advertised through HR agent employed by Covidien. After the phone screening, HR recruiter was very nice, I was invited to the company for 1:1 with the Line manager. The interview was consisted in two parts, first was general question work experience, personality and similar. The second part was Excel spreadsheet test, which I have had not completed entirely. It had to do with lot of data sorting, pivot -tables, VBA macro creating drill.

Question about interpersonal relations, also about ability to adapt, make mistakes and being confident, honest about them... The most crucial part, in the end, was the honesty and by some luck (and somewhat by merit) I got the job :)
