I submitted an application and was called for an interview. I interviewed with the principal and had a tour of the school. It ws very similar to other interviews I have had.

Typical in person interview with two people. There were a lot of questions about my experience and about hypothetical situations. They asked about relevant situations I'd encountered in the past and how I had handled them. They described what a typical day in the job was like, some of the challenges of the position and asked for my long term plans. They said they felt I was overqualified for the position (I was).
