Entrevista
There were 2 rounds of interview:
1. Telephonic Screening
2. Face to face- with panel of 3 people
It was a 2-way friendly interview, more like discussion. People really value your time taken to visit and take the interview. They respect you and do not bully you. They may or may not find you a good fit, but your time and skills are appreciated. After the selection or rejection, the recruiter will provide you with an honest feedback.
The process is really fast but there is a detailed Background check which can take up to 3 weeks.
They might offer you less for what you ask and they won't negotiate even 1%, but I guess that is more form HR point but I chose them for the great team.
Interview panel is highly educated and is from the relevant field.
Questions were more around your practical experience and situational.
Overall a very good experience, which made me choose Cox over other offers.

Ghosted after 1st interview with recruiter despite recruiter proactively promising to follow up the next business day at the latest. Unfortunately they did not respond to my follow up emails.

Entrevista
First round was talking to the recruiter. The second round was with the hiring manager. The third round was with the team of 5 people, 2 of whom didn't show up. All the interviews went well, 2 weeks after the last interview I followed up with the recruiter. Never heard anything back. After so much time and effort that has been put into the interviewing process, noone even took the time to respond to my email which is disappointing.

Entrevista
Sent a Google form as the first step, then a call with the hiring manager. The interviewer was not very knowledgeable on subject matter of Agile and the questions came off like they were just googled. Said there would be follow up from HR but nothing came.
