1) 15 minute call with recruiter to review submitted resume and discuss salary 2) 45 minute interview with a panel of three 3) take home assignment (took close to 10 hours) 4) 1 hour interview with a panel of four where you present the take home project Be wary. They may waste your time. Throughout each step, they were not very engaged with me and it felt like they viewed interviewing me as a chore. It left me feeling very uncomfortable, but they had offered a competitive salary so I kept suffering through the interview process when I really should have stopped. I finished the entire process and was sent a very cut & paste rejection email. They didn't offer any feedback even after having me on the hook for several weeks. I am very disappointed in the process and should have went with my gut when it started feeling like i was there just to meet some quota. If things seem off, just be cautious. I withdrew the other apps i had with cox after going through such a bad time with these people.
