Entrevista
First step is online application submission. Second is screening phone interview with HR. If passed then an interview is set up with potential hiring manager and a team of one to four others. Questions are chosen by interviewers from packaged sets. Each interviewer will ask a question while others note your responses. Questioning and note-taking rotate among participants. Following all applicant interviews the interview team will rate each candidate on numerical scale to recommend team choice to hiring manager (who was also on panel). Hiring manager has ultimate choice. HR will contact first choice applicant to negotiate an offer.

No surprises or awkward questions--all very typical. They follow a pattern of "Tell us about a time you..."" managed a difficult project, dealt with a dissatisfied customer, or need to develop a different approach to a complex situation...."
Got a call from the company recruiter after receiving my resume. This was followed by a phone interview with hiring manager and then company visit for interviews with about 5 people in the organization.
