Cox recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and we had a brief 15 minute phone interview. the recruiter also asked that I send him a PowerPoint with examples of insight findings and written communication. HR then set up a video interview with the hiring manager and explained the Cox Media hiring process is very quick. Had a video interview with the hiring manager and appeared to go well. Within a week received an email I was no longer being considered for the position.
