After applying for the position, you'll receive an email from an HR recruiter if your job experience/skills match the position requirements. The email contains a link to an online assessment that consists of a behavioral questionnaire that asks you to rank how you feel in certain situations on a scale from "Strongly Disagree," "Disagree," "Neutral," "Agree," and "Strongly Agree." After the behavioral questionnaire, there is an interactive role-play scenario carried out on your computer, where you assume the role of the Customer Account Specialist. The scenario asks you to assist a customer with their issue, and it provides the necessary account information to carry out the request properly. The scenario is timed, and it involves remembering critical account information as you "take the customer's phone call." You will only move onto the next part of the hiring process if you can effectively demonstrate your competency in the role-play scenario. After completing the task successfully, you'll receive an email from the HR recruiter to schedule a telephone interview. The telephone interview with the recruiter is a basic screening interview that lasts roughly 20-30 minutes to ensure you are the right fit for the position. The recruiter will then schedule you for a Zoom meeting with a hiring manager. You will be interviewed by one (or two) managers simultaneously during the Zoom interview. My interview consisted of two. They will utilize the STAR interviewing method, so make sure to YouTube or Google how to best answer these types of questions, and you should do well during the interview. The interview was very thorough, and they will want detailed responses. They will have you do a role-play scenario on the fly, so be prepared to showcase your sales and customer service knowledge. My interview lasted a little over an hour. The interviewing manager advises you that you'll receive a response from HR within five business days if they want to move forward. Although they mentioned it would be about five business days, I received a response from HR with a job offer within one business day. If selected for the position, you will move forward and must successfully pass a background check and a drug screening to make it official.
