I was interviewed by the Cox manager but I was originally found through a contractor. I have no complaints about the process. It went pretty fast. From beginning to end I think it was 2 weeks. I had no idea what I was getting into with a contracting company but so far so good. They give you the standard drug screen and do the background check.
