Entrevista
Applied online, quickly received message asking for a phone screen. Phone screen with a managing director for 1 hr - which was very long screening (and it went over) but positive experience. Received an invite to follow up interview within three hours.
Second interview was horrible. Interviewer clearly had not reviewed any of my materials, was not prepared, asked strange questions, over shared about her favorite employees at the company, and didn’t let me go for 2 hours. She also described the position incredibly differently than the first interviewer.
More than three weeks later, I’m assuming I have not been moved forward but have not heard a peep.
Feels like I may have dodged a bullet based on this disjointed experience. I was surprised how long each interview was, and also that they included “gotcha” questions but did not use behavioral or other evidence-based questions.
Overall it was strange.
