Phone call then a group teams call. They ghosted me after the 2 on 1 interview. They said the TA would be in contact shortly with next steps. I gave it 2 weeks because there was a holiday shortly after my interview. I finally gave in a reached out. The TA coordinator finally answered me and assured me even if it was bad news she would reach out on Friday of that week. Crickets....Never heard back. Wasn't going to reach out and waste my time a 2nd time. The company doesn't seem to have their stuff together. I could tell that even during the interview process. They couldn't answer a lot of basic straight forward questions.

During the interview, I found it strange and awkward. The manager, Allison, had a negative attitude and didn't seem like someone I would want as a supervisor. She struggled to listen and spoke through most of the interview. She frequently interrupted me when I was answering her questions. She did not effectively highlight the positives of the position and seemed more interested in talking about herself.
