Youll have a phone interview and if you do well youll get an in person interview. It's really easy you just take a test and if you do really well you are put as a consultant and if you do decent youll be put on sat and act prep. Most of what they tell you during the interview isnt true tho. You dont get all that is promised to you. To be completely honest I wouldnt take this job but hey thats just me.
