It was long. Got through two interviews and wasn’t given a chance to do the site visit which I think should be offered to everyone for a fair shot. I feel like the initial phone interview is okay, but people should be allowed a chance to show their personality in person versus over the phone or by completing the assessment they make you do. Not everyone interviews well and most people shine in person, at least I do.

It was a virtual interview. I don't think I was given a fair chance to make it to the next stage. I met all of the qualifications and had previous peds experience.
