someone from calls you and ask you a couple questions for about 5 minutes and then they schedule interview after. Then you have an interview in person. I was told they were already in the on boarding process with the previous person who interviewed before me and that the first person who called me doesn’t know what experience to look for in candidates. I was told me that not a single person look at my resume prior to the interview. Overall a very unprofessional experience and could have been avoided completely.

The company is growing quick and looking to add more people to grow within the company. I met the regional manager and he is looking to add more people in every department.
