I applied online, Received a call a few days later and was asked several questions over the phone. Once arrived for interview it was a one on one and more of a personality and real life scenario interview questions.

A single in person interview in the store with a floor manager a couple weeks after submitting an online application through the company website, and received an offer the same day

How did you respond to a problem that arose in teamwork
I arrived 10 mins early and they had me wait on one of their couches on the sales floor. The department lead met me where I was seated and we held the interview there. The first question she asked was for me to tell her about myself and then we continued with more questions. Most of the questions were about giving examples. It felt really natural and more so like a conversation. She seemed to like me and said I will have to have a 2nd interview with the store manager.

Entrevista
They called me, set up the interview. I showed up, 5 minutes early. The manager had forgotten about our interview. He sent me to interview with a different manager, and they asked me many questions and explained the role. The role seemed much different than it had in the description online.
