After some phone calls, I was scheduled to meet in their office for an in-person conversation. As soon as I walked into the building, I had a weird feeling. When opening the door to their office in a multi-unit building, I was asked to close the door and sit on a plastic chair in the dark industrial hallway. It was an office the size of a studio apartment and they were in the middle of things. I was then brought to a card table with metal folding chairs to talk with a Producer and Creative Director. The entire setup left me feeling this was not a legitimate agency. This was confirmed after a contact mentioned to me that their experience receiving payment was a continued issue.
