The interview process was two days. I saw the ad online for cream hiring and I clicked on the ad and there was a message from a franchisee saying open door interviews. I had my interview with an a few days of that. It was in an office building although the actual ice cream shop was half a mile away next to a buffalo wild wings.

Sent in resume, got contacted a few days later for an in-person interview at the store during hours. Interviewer was nice and welcoming; almost like we were chatting. Questions seemed easy but I prepped beforehand. Be sure to exhibit your skills/experience in your answers
