Very relaxed! They do ask quite a few basic questions. They are not difficult, I think they just wanted to make sure I was personable! (After getting the job, you realize how many venues, people, brides and business people you work with and it is important to represent them well.) They did ask if I could life 35 pounds, are you comfortable on a ladder? (On any given day, we go from one town to another, to two or more venues, etc. So being physically fit is important.)
