Very basic interview where they hardly asked any questions about my job history but more explained the job and then wanted my reaction to it. That in itself wasn't why I'm giving a negative review. They offered me a position and said it paid $15/hr. Having a degree, I asked if they would consider raising the salary a touch (like $1-$3 more an hour) but was by no means a deal-breaker. The manager said he would get back to me and then never contacted me again. Extremely unprofessional to revoke a job offer under those circumstances especially because they were extremely into "transparency".
