The interview process was highly disappointing. The building and conference room where the interview took place were poorly lit, creating an unwelcoming environment. The interviewer was inappropriately dressed for the occasion, and her questions lacked effort and depth, leaving me feeling dismissed from the outset.
As someone whose family has long-standing ties to Creative Foam and has heard nothing but praise for the company, this experience was particularly disheartening. I was informed I would be contacted within two weeks regarding a decision, regardless of the outcome, yet I received no follow-up—neither an email, call, nor text.
The entire process struck me as unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I went to significant lengths to accommodate multiple phone interviews and an in-person meeting around my current job schedule, only to be met with a lack of basic courtesy and communication. Based on this experience, I would not consider pursuing any future opportunities with Creative Foam.
