Complete waste of time, they call everyone despite vacancy or hiring intent. For the second round, they make their current staff to take your interview & judge you which feels completely derogatory.

It was a quick online interview for 5 mins. The lead architect asks you to explain your portfolio and they decide on those basis. As an interviewee they did not ask if I had any questions.
