There was a screening phone interview with someone from the parent company. After that, it was a two-part interview with people from various teams I might work with (a project manager manager and a program manager manager) as well as two people from other departments.

Initially I applied through college to the office after which they asked to send portfolio. After having a look at the portfolios, they shortlisted candidates to hire. Then an offer was made after which negotiations happened. After the the negotiations a joining date and the terms and conditions were placed to work.
