      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Creative Recreational Systems.

      Entrevista

      One of the interviewers also sounding totally disinterested in fact at first it seemed as if it was a computerized communication system. It would’ve been nice if they seemed interested in the applicants. They request lots of documentation, such as transcripts, a typing test, and some test for your personality or some mundane thing. In addition, they requested a video where ask you to say what sets you apart and why you would like to work there. Took about a month to hear back after applying. The questions were the usual questions you’d get asked at an interview other than the one about how to improve a baseball cap. Interviewed by two employees. The process wasn’t too hard and hear back time is 2 weeks once you do get called to schedule an in person interview, due to other interviews being held. (The rest of the process is listed below)

      The call back offer experience was traumatic to say the least. They offered the position and stated how they’d need someone dedicated which was pretty blatant. Then they go on to “discuss” the position, and pay rate/start date/hours. The specifications were on the application but seemed as they wanted to change what was listed, then they proceeded with negative outbursts of implications and accusations. They also ask about gaps in employment in which case was of great importance for them even given the current circumstances for it. Then they state it’s easy to apply and get a job, when they themselves stated that it takes time to come up with a job proposal. Advice to management is to keep an open mind and know someone’s circumstances/background before coming to conclusions. Then they go on to further demean, belittle and berate in the interview, following up with saying the applicant is under qualified for the position. Yet they keep going back and forth to try to convince acceptance of position. Even saying how their training is top notch. This demonstrated the lack of manners and no formal education. Just a tip to keep in mind, when applying to entry level jobs as your starting the work force one normally doesn’t have much experience, so yes they will need training and may not have all of the qualifications but doesn’t mean they can’t outperform someone that does. Some seem to forget their experience when joining the work force. With unemployment rates a high level this company sees it as a reason to not hire someone. It seemed as if management was trying to be a parental figure and advising applicants on their life by using negative methods. Some people enjoy taking out their frustrations on someone else because they had a horrible day but remember to remain professional unlike this company’s foul attitude and presumptuous behavior. The work environment at this company came off as toxic. The whole process was uncomfortable and made the company appear to have questionable leadership. The company felt lackluster and came off as a place that promotes harassment and ridicule. Advice to management is to change your outlook on how to onboard employees. Proceed with caution and a weary and renewed outlook when applying here.

      This appears to be the same 1-3 people posting over and over again however im going to respond anyway Thank you for your feedback. To other readers: We are a purpose driven company with strong core values. Last year we had a small group (3) of bad hires and unfortunately this appears to be one of them that we had to let go after discovering activities that did not align with our core values. Since that time we have successfully expelled these people and current team consists of the most talented, positive individuals that we have ever had walk through these doors so we are optimistic about the future of this great company.
