I was recommended through a friend. The interview process was fairly easy. I met with the Chief Engineer and he conducted the basic interview, listening for my skills and background. Then they showed me around the company and what they do there. Talked about the position a little while longer and then the said that they would contact me.

All it takes is an interview with a Senior Engineer or the company's owner.
