Interview process was a disaster. Started well with excellent feedback from CEO but quickly devolved into dysfunction. Last minute changes included downgrading a CFO meeting to a peer level discussion. This person claimed it was an informal “get to know you” session, not an interview, then treated it as an interview. Communication was misleading and unprofessional. In my opinion this chaotic experience reflects poorly on culture and operations. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

- Call with the team leader going more in depth around your experience and scenarios
- Call with CEO discussing the role, growth and basically trying to sell yourself to them
