The interview felt more like the "visionary entrepreneur" was expecting a Bollywood-style “wow” moment rather than having a meaningful conversation. There was little effort to understand my experience or potential; it was just a rapid-fire round of questions. Also, the job description and the company website were quite misleading. The website made the company appear far more established, successful, and widely adopted than it actually is.

HR will take your first round, ask about yourself and other information. Then your department manager will take the second and final round, he will ask you regarding the previous experience and other information.
