Entrevista
The initial interview was with the managing director and the incumbent director (who was retiring). The second round interview was a presentation on a task with an interdepartmental team. After that, there was a final discussion with the CTO (also the hiring manager) and the process was accelerated because of another job offer.

If you were presented with this feature, how would you assign it to developers?
Conversational style kind of interview. 3 rounds, one with the hiring manager, one with an associate and one with the CEO. They are a small company so you need to be the perfect fit in order for them to move you forward. Very friendly people, but very picky which isn’t a bad thing….

Entrevista
Via a recruiter, started with a phone interview which lead to an in-person interview with a board member/investor. That lead to a phone interview with the CEO and then a following interview with a consultant. There was an interim interview with the recruiter interspersed between the company interviews. All in 5+ interviews and various follow-ups. The CEO went on vacation for 3 weeks and I was completely ghosted. By everyone.
