Applied Online through Naukri.com 1st I got a call. It was kinda telephonic HR interview. The interviewer asked about current package, expectations and about MVC Framework. Next was an onsite interview. It had 1 written test and 1 face to face round. Written test had questions from css, database, aptitute, ruby. Easy questions. In face to face round, ROR questions were asked. It was done by 2 people by one by one. One of them was too desperate to know about my current package, my last salary increment month. They are looking for developers with lower rates and bargain as if they are in the fish market. I already told my expected salary on telephonic round and they called for interview but they were offering very lower package from expected. If they don't have that much budget, don't waste the time of people.
