Smooth and Straightforward. The process was easy to navigate. Tests were conducted and two levels of interviews were conducted. Snacks were offered and everyone was cool, calm and collected. Great stuff.

The interview wasn't bad. It was the post interview that was chaotic. Imagine filling a pre-interview questionnaire twice (several months apart) after all levels of the interview. Went for pre-employment medicals and still no offer or communication from the recruiters. Not even an email informing you of the decision making process or the role was on hold. Absolutely nothing.
