Phone Screen With HR. They explained the process and asked some basic behavioral questions and salary expectations.
On Site interview with direct manager and team. Total interview time was around 2 hours. Overall process was pretty chill and organized.

Hiring manager and team round - about an hour which is an okay round not too difficult
VP call - 30 mins unrelated to the project being interviewed.

Architecture, behavioral interview are doable.
Higher management seems very conceited, some question are unneccessary confusing. Still using outdated tech stack. They are possibly looking for textbook answers instead of some real hands on exp and deep dives. Perhaps one of the reason why no good reviews for management
