Called short notice for an interview. It was very simple and straight forward. more an explanation of the job and a review of personal credentials. The HR representative was not as comfortable with the interview process as I was. She was very friendly though and tried to explain how the day to day would work. Also gave me a tour of the facility the best she could given the restrictions of the business. Overall it felt that anyone could really pass this interview as long as they were not rude.
