The team seemed nice initially, but after I submitted my test case solution, which took five hours to complete, they ghosted me without any follow-up. I am confident that my solution is good enough to get a feedback but they did not :)

If you are considering joining this company, pay attention to what I will be telling you now. I made an application to join as a Data Scientist. Then HR interview followed, and I was sent an assessment task to build a classification model for loan prediction. Long story short, I got an offer. What's interesting is the process following that... Ready? Let's go. After 27 days we signed the contract, I got an email that they would not be able to offer me the position - Data Scientist. I am skipping the emotional part here (that I had another job, and I had told my previous manager that I would leave for another company, and etc.). In essence, I lost my previous job, and I could not start with this job either. Basically, whatever you are reading above in the comments that this company is not trustable, and that you can lose your job anytime, you may start to believe it. I ignored it since I thought if I have strong competitive edge on my technical skills then I can add value, but guess what: - "Our CEO is a businessman and some of the recruitments we made are redundant" This is a quote from HR on CEO's opinion on a candidate with whom they had signed an employment contract. I am on unemployment benefit now. I am leaving the judgement to you. If you are ever considering joining this company, Think twice. Think Better.
