They had a telephonic round which was just 5 min type for basic introduction & explaining the role applied. This was followed by multiple interviews at different level. Final interview by the CEO.

I cleared my all rounds with them and they liked my profile as well but never came back with a call. I was surprised to know that despite giving good interview why they didn't give me an offer.
