There really was no interview. Supervisor called to schedule an interview and when I got there she gave me the job. They really just decide based on your application. No background checks or drug tests are performed at all. There is a pretty high turnover rate so there's a good chance they'll hire you. It's mostly students.

I applied online and got a call within the week for an interview. The interview seemed like it was just a formality. They hired me on the spot and I started the next day.
