Entrevista
Oral interview was carried out. Range of questions covered education, work experience and hobbies. The interviewer was well experienced and understands the details of the job. The interviewer explored my depth of information technology knowledge. Fortunately, I have good Microsoft software skills - spreadsheet, word processing, presentation packages and project management packages. I had skills in use of enterprise project management software - Oracle Primavera.

Demonstrate how you can plan a construction job. Other questions explored how you can manage conflict in a team, and how you can get your sponsor and other important stakeholders buy-in to the product of your projects. Though sometimes one may be handed over a troubled project but use of proper and appropriate project management techniques helps one to deliver on time and within budget. I was which project management techniques were applied on some of the project activities I was involved.
