The interview process consists of 4 rounds conducted over approximately 2 hours: - A HackerEarth online assessment - A coding session - An interview with a Development Team Lead - An interview with a QA Team Lead

Asked me to rate my level of english from 1 to 10 and when I said 8 they judged me saying that it's too high because I am not a local and added that even though they are locals they would only rate themselves 7. I feel like everyone has different background and different upbringing. I could rate myself whatever and I should have been judged and embarrassed just like what they did. Horrible experience. Still remember until today.
