Firstly, sometimes the HR makes mistakes in CV screening, so even if you are qualified for the role you can still fail this stage. You can try to reach out to them for feedback and see if you are one of the unlucky ones. Second of all, I have talked to many people who have interviewed for this position and your interview experience varies greatly on the interviewer. It is not standardized. Some interviewers are friendly, some interviewers look like they don't want to be there. The analytical questions asked in the third stage are also not standardized in difficulty level so all candidates will not be assessed with the same standards. it was very straightforward, the interviewers and recruitment staff were patient, kind, and easy to talk to. Great insight into the company culture, everyone was more than willing to answer any questions I had during and outside of the interview settings.
