I answered some questions by email, then an online English test, and then a "technical" interview. The interviewers were interested in understanding how I would define basic concepts and generic situations rather than any interest in my experience and achievements over the years and what value this could bring to the company.

Entrevista
The HR interview and HR support were top-notch. However, the technical interview was disappointing. Two product managers asked numerous "how-to deal with" questions without providing any context or use cases.
One PM was professional and to the point, while the other seemed more focused on finding (fishing) errors or alternative approaches. If you're familiar with the product world, this isn't entirely unexpected.
Additionally, he laughed at me for saying "Backlog Grooming" instead of "Backlog Refinement," which felt unnecessary. I couldn't shake the feeling that he either had another candidate in mind or was biased in some way—though that's just my assumption, and I could be wrong.
Overall, I didn’t enjoy the interview experience. It didn't reflect a professional or engaging culture; rather, it felt uninspiring.
They ultimately rejected me, citing that my salary expectations were higher than my level of expertise. Well, I received a better offer from another company—and I actually like them!
