I notice Crocs lacks a lot of professionalism in their interview process. The talent team ghosts every time. If you can't even have a layer of human decency in the process of interviewing, it seems there is a critical pillar in your organization lacking. I have interviewed for numerous positions with multiple members of the talent team, and it is a constant amongst all of them. I have known people who worked at Crocs corporate who had to quit due to the toxic environment, so I am always trepidatious applying, but unfortunately, they're one of the only large companies in this field in the Denver metro.
