Entrevista
It was a short process. I submitted my resume and got interview with 4 people (hr, CEO, co-founder, 2 Managers). Typical questions plus additional personal question about work/educational background. And if you are able to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays. If they offer you salaried employee DO NOT ACCEPT IT! You have to work more than 50+hrs.
