Entrevista
Interview with hiring manager (controller) on a Thursday morning. Second interview with CFO on the next morning (Friday) and then the HR Director immediately after. Was offered the job that same day.

Past responsibilities, achievements, management style, what my salary expectations were, what management styles I worked best with, my favorite and least favorite parts of my job and/or supervising and a couple of situational questions.

Entrevista
Interview process was acceptable. Met with HR manager, supervising manager and other team members. Communication with HR department and supervising manager was very good before, and after multiple interviews. Response time and second interview were handled well by HR. Company does not offer exit interviews. After being hired there was very little communications with the HR department. There was no relevant job description before the interview. After being hired there was still no job description.
