I completed a telephonic interview and felt it went well. The questions were mostly basic and straightforward, and I was able to answer them clearly. However, after the interview there was no further communication from HR. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, I did not receive any response or update on the interview status. The lack of feedback and communication was disappointing.
