Recruiter was nice but very quick on trying to sell me the position. Follow-up emails and giving a heads up on being late fine. Problem was never mentioned that I wouldn’t have any work/life balance as the role included “may have nights and weekends” which was never mentioned during the interview process so that’s a red flag.
