The interview process took about 5 days. I applied online, had a phone screen and called in for an in-person interview. The in person interview was done in sections. I met with upper management the first day and then the team the next. The experience was OK. They covered goals, expectations and what projects I would be working on.

Entrevista
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
