Very easy and great professional staff. If you don't have a sub permit they can have you start as a paraprofessional or a teacher's aid until your permit clears. You can apply directly on their website, they'll call to schedule an interview and my interview experience was very positive. They're requirements for hire are longer than other staffing agencies, but the schools I work in tell me they call Direct Ed before they call other companies because the sub pool at DirectEd is very strong.

Very easy! Video interview that is self-paced and recorded. You get two minutes per interview question, and you don't have to talk to an interviewer. There is a screening call prior to this interview, however.
