It consists of two or three interview sessions, that is, a Senior Manager one, then, Director and sometimes VP's. You should demonstrate ability to deliver and manage multiple TP projects with delivery of various country's TP documentation. You also need to have a solid project management skills

It was pretty in depth and they asked a lot of questions. I felt really prepared and was able to answer them. It was a formal interview but had a pretty relaxed feeling.
