I interviewed with the hiring manager, he informed me what the job entailed and how I can succeed. He made me feel comfortable and not nervous. He was very engaged when I was talking about my previous experience. He also took time to ask if I had any questions in the middle of the interview several times, which I appreciated because I would have forgotten them at the end. They really seemed like they care about their employees future and career with the company.
