Thank you for writing us a feedback. We have a rigid recruitment process of which we screen only the top 1% of the global talent. We market our top graded partners and it is what our clients expect from us everytime there is a position to be filled. We have partners in the USA, Canada and UK who've been working for us for such a long time and we don't seem to have any issues with pay rate. How we pay our partners? We replace the benefits that a traditional employer would give to you (such as a company car, a fridge full of snacks, cushy office space, nap pods, massage chairs, etc.) and instead give the extra income back to you to make your own decisions based on your own needs. We believe in giving you all your money upfront and letting you choose the benefits that work for you. Therefore, we do not currently offer a benefits package.
