The most difficult thing is the assignment project. You are given 24 hours to do it and to complete it I have really spent all this time and at the end my solution was not considered sufficient.
One part of the project was to develop a web application, using Java Spring Boot.

I participated in one of the online event which happened every other weekend. It was mentioned that they are hiring top 1 percent talents!. Really? I am not sure how many of the top 1 percent will join crossover for the paltry amount. I dont know you have done any reality check. Top 1 percent people are getting almost same amount in india.
Talking about interview process, At first, Basic questions about the experience and work would be asked.(5 questions i think) , 2nd section is technical. questions varied from different topics java, sql,ci/cd aws etc. You are not tested on what you know. But you tested on topics in which you have no knowledge.
Questions were not difficult one on the topics i knew. Then you need to complete fixing small project . I got cross ride to fix and upload it. Finally ccat.
It would take 5 to 7 hours. I got a feed back after 3 days. I asked foer section wise feedback. They replied saying you have not cleared in basic,technical and ccat. How can anybody fail in basic questions. It is just about your work experience. If my work experience does not suit your requirement, why are asking me to go through 6-7hrs process? I asked for score , but they dont provide the score it seems.
Overall it looked like they are building their brand by advertising the recruitment and their process. They dont really looking for people in any position. No of vacancies never came down even after 3 recruitment event. They are either not recruiting or not living in reality.
