The whole process was online with no human interaction. I received an email to click on a link and start an online assessment. Pay seems acceptable but the lack of trust is worrisome. Wasn't even sure this was real during the application process. Have heard colleagues have issues using the platform. Just easier to avoid and look elsewhere.
